By replying YES to a Tailgate opt-in request, you agree to these terms for the Tailgate SMS program. Tailgate is a product of Code Carl Software LLC and is sold separately from Fishtape, our checklist-app product — see About.
A business owner subscribes to Tailgate for their company and then completes the Tailgate crew-setup form, listing each technician and ticking a required consent box confirming they have that technician's permission. The box is empty by default and the form cannot be submitted without it.
Each listed technician then receives a one-time opt-in request. You must reply
YES (or START) to begin receiving messages.
No content is sent before you opt in.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel; opt-outs are honored immediately and
you do not need to go through your employer. Reply HELP for help, or email
Carl@fishtapeapp.com. If the enrolling business
cancels and later re-subscribes, you will receive a new opt-in request — prior consent
is not resumed automatically.
Tailgate is intended for technicians enrolled by their employer on a U.S. mobile number. This is not age-gated content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for actions taken based on message content, or for message delivery failures outside our control.
