Both products in full — what gets purchased, who enters what, exactly where consent is captured, and how anyone stops it. Nothing on this page requires a purchase or a phone number to read.
Tailgate · daily safety SMS
The Tailgate page states the message frequency, the cost, who pays, and how to opt out. Terms and the Privacy Policy are linked in the top menu and the footer of every page on this site.
The owner picks a crew-size tier — Crew, Squad, or Fleet — and pays by card through Stripe. The purchaser is the business. No technician is involved in this step, and no technician is ever asked to pay.
No message is sent as a result of this purchase. Buying a tier only sets how many technicians the business is allowed to enroll.
After paying, the owner lands on the Tailgate crew-setup form. There they enter their business name, the same email used at checkout, their own mobile number, which trades they want, and each technician's name and mobile number.
A required consent checkbox sits directly above the submit button. It is empty by default and the form cannot be submitted until the owner ticks it themselves. It reads:
Every listed technician gets exactly one message from +1 (833) 519-2507, naming their employer and asking them to reply YES. This is the only message a technician receives before opting in.
Only a technician's own YES starts their messages. If they don't reply, they receive nothing further. There is no reminder and no second attempt.
One message per day, around noon ET, per enrolled trade. A crew enrolled in two trades gets two separate messages — they are never merged into one.
A technician replies STOP and messaging ends at once, with a
confirmation and no further contact. HELP returns program and contact
details. Neither requires going through their employer.
The business can cancel its subscription at any time, which stops messages for the whole crew. If that business later re-subscribes, every technician receives a brand-new opt-in request and must reply YES again. Prior consent is never silently reused after a cancellation.
Fishtape · checklist apps
The owner picks an active-app tier, pays through Stripe, and then speaks or types the procedure they want turned into a checklist.
Fishtape produces a checklist app carrying that company's branding. Technicians install it to the home screen and work the list — check-offs, photos, signature.
Fishtape sends no SMS to anyone and does not enroll anyone in Tailgate. The two products are entirely separate purchases.
