Set up your crew

This is where consent is captured. Enter your trades and your technicians below, then tick the required consent box at the bottom of the form. Nothing is sent to anyone until you submit this form — and even then, each technician still has to reply YES for themselves.

Use the same email you used at checkout. That's how your crew list gets matched to the plan you paid for. Your tier sets how many technicians you can enroll: Crew 3, Squad 10, Fleet 25.

Before you submit, know what you're confirming

The consent box on this form is required and starts empty. By ticking it, you are confirming that you have each listed technician's permission to enroll them. It reads:

What happens after you submit

Each technician gets one opt-in text

Sent from +1 (833) 519-2507, naming your business, asking them to reply YES. That is the only message they receive before opting in.

They reply YES to start

Only their own YES starts their daily messages. Anyone who doesn't reply receives nothing further — your tier still covers them if they opt in later.

They can stop anytime

Any technician can reply STOP to end their messages immediately, without going through you. HELP returns contact and program details.
