Common questions
Do technicians pay anything?
No. The business pays. Technicians receive Tailgate texts at no charge, though their own carrier's message and data rates may apply.
Does buying Fishtape sign my crew up for texts?
No. They are separate purchases. Fishtape sends no SMS at all.
What if a technician doesn't want the texts?
They simply never reply YES, or they reply STOP at any point. Either way, messaging to them ends or never starts.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There is no contract on either product.
