How you opt in to Tailgate safety texts

Tailgate sends enrolled skilled-trade technicians one short daily jobsite-safety text for the trade(s) their employer subscribes to. Consent is captured in two explicit steps, and no message is ever sent to a technician before that technician replies YES.

Your employer subscribes and confirms permission

Business owner

A business owner buys a Tailgate crew-size tier for their company. Buying it sends no messages. The owner then completes the Tailgate crew-setup form, entering their trades and each technician's first name and mobile number.

Before the form can be submitted, the owner must tick this required consent box. It is empty by default — nothing is pre-checked, and the form will not submit until the owner ticks it themselves.

Before any safety content is sent, each enrolled technician receives a single opt-in request from +1 (833) 519-2507. You must reply YES to begin. Nothing is delivered until you do, and if you never reply you are never contacted again.
